As for SLSL in instaes I've never tried but you lose alot of the improved damage spells from the affltion tree to gain survivability. Iame from a full destrtion sp and a full affltion sp and finally went SLSL. As destrtion and deep affltion iould top dps in instaes and raids but when to pvp
i was just too squishy and would go down fairly easy unless in a 5v5 team the damage output was ne. After resping to slsl im not going bk bause most of my time playing my lk is spent pvping now. Your damage output is fairly good in arena due to the ft that
you are draining life more than in a full affltion sp. You basally outlast ur opponents in arena if you have a healer and for a 2 dps team youan still nuke and last without a healer. A lks role in an arena team is not solely to do damage its main fus should beroudontrolling the healer spell lking e and with slsl uan keep all dots on 2-3 targets androudontrol at the same time. SL in bg Survivability is the fus. It works best either
in situations where you're in a large group vs another large group, or against a few enemies (1-2). Dark pt really isn't nessary, as you'll rarely need it in bg (asside from iDotting large groups - in whhase youan afford to life-tap). The three reasons I prefer Affltion Destro to SLSL (despiteurrently being spced slsl for arena) is 1) UA, 2)iHoT, and 3)Shadowburn. It gets annoying an mana ineffient when you have to rast instant dots - it alsouts your dps bause you won't have another tking dot oacotcowcoe). Instant HoT is also missed - the ireased survivability make rogues and warriors easier, although fighting good hunters bomes a problem. You also lk the ability to do dent instant burst damage from shadowburn. *Shrugs* personally Ian do just as well without it, but it's preferred for arena, so imo everyone should get a bit of experiee with it. SL in raids Leave. Even in heros, you'll most likely be the lowest dps in the group - at a
point where yourc abilities won'tompensate. For dps, swih to affl demo s, affl destro, or destro demo s. The ONLY thing you should be running in hero level plus as a slsl lk would be Leo (S). SL pet arenabg In my opinion, you would benefit more from having your felpuppy out for the +70 resistae, paranoia,
and antiaster abilities. Also, your sci will only be untohable until you tually use her, in whhase she dies in a few hits from a warrior (btw 2-4). Youan instantly resummon, but imo it's a waste of time - as their healer will beompletely free in the meanwhile ompared to a felpuppy).
